This is Tanya at Envy Property Management, in today’s video I’m going to talk about the top 3 reasons you should work with Envy Property Management. To give you some context around our business, I’m going to  tell you a little bit about my background: 

I am a third-generation real estate investor, I grew up helping my parents and grandparents manage their investment properties in southeast Idaho throughout my childhood. I started investing in real estate myself at the age of 19 and built my own processes and procedures throughout the years of learning and growing as a landlord. I started Envy Property Management in 2015 after being on the client end of property management for a few years. I realized, my own systems and processes were much more effective than what I was being sold myself. I knew if I implemented my proven strategies into a business, I could provide services far beyond what other property management companies were offering. With the mindset of being an investor myself, I knew I could connect with my investors and offer my own knowledge and experience to build a trusting and long lasting relationship. 

I started Envy Property Management, to offer professional property management services for investment property owners. We specialize in single-family, multi-family, and small commercial buildings. Our company’s mission is to revolutionize property management, create value and change lives. What this means is implementing technology and systems into a traditionally archaic industry. Creating value for our owners by allowing them to reap the benefits of investing in real estate with worry-free professional management. Lastly, changing the lives of our  tenants by providing clean, safe, and affordable housing. We offer both our owners and tenants professional services while staying up to date with industry standards, legal training, and  developing more efficient systems.

Communication is key in this industry, you as a property owner want to know what’s going on with your home. You’re turning your property over to a management company so you don’t have to be on call 24/7 dealing with tenants, toilets, and termites. But, you do want to know what’s going on and if there’s ever a problem with your investment.
